Anna Kim is originally from Sweden and moved to South Korea in December 2021. She relocated after meeting her husband, who is Korean, but also because she had always envisioned a life abroad. With her deep love for K-pop, J-pop, and vibrant city culture, Korea felt like a natural place for both her life and creative direction.
Anna began making music at a young age, taking guitar and piano lessons when she was a child. She wrote her first song at the age of 14, and decided to learn producing, which has been a self learning journey. Anna first fell in love with J-pop and anime soundtracks before her interests evolved toward K-pop. While music had always been a central part of her life, she only recently began working professionally as a songwriter. Prior to this, she built her career in the manufacturing industry, marketing, and sales. experiences that shaped her strong work ethic, communication skills, and concept-driven mindset.
Today, Anna works primarily as a topliner, focusing on melody, lyrics, and emotional storytelling, while also producing and developing demos. She is highly involved in crafting lyrics that serve each song’s concept, artist identity, and market direction. Her transition into music represents a conscious step toward her long-held dream, combining creativity with discipline and global perspective.
Based in Korea, Anna continues to develop music across K-pop and J-pop, with a strong focus on quality, authenticity, and long-term artistic growth.
